Refund policy
At Zaavi Jewels, our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase. All ZAAVI products are handcrafted by expert karigars, undergo rigorous quality checks and extensive visual audit before being dispatched. As each product is unique, it may vary slightly from the pictures. Returns and Exchanges will only be accepted if:
We only accept Exchange/Return on a product upto the same value or above if there is any size issue (in case of rings or bangles), damage in transit, or if the product sent by Zaavi is incorrect.
1 Eligibility:
You can return an item(s) within 5 days of the delivery date.
All exchanges must be of equal value or less.
Our full refund policy covers products that are in new, unused condition with their original tags and packaging.
Initiating a Return/Exchange:
In case of any query write to our customer service team at support@zaavi.co.in or contact us at +91-8800738696. If you wish to make a return or exchange you need to notify us for online request within 5 days of receiving the order. You can go on the link https://zaavi.co.in/apps/parcelpanel-returns and submit
your return/exchange request by filling the form.
Provide your order number and the reason for the return with live images within 48 hours of delivery.
Return Process:
The product should be packed carefully in it's original packaging with all the related things that were received at the time of delivery along with the bubble wrap.
Once the product is received at our head office. The product will undergo a quality check. A credit note will be issued, against which you can purchase something within 6 months of exchange.
Please note that we try our best to respond to your emails & queries on priority basis. However, it may take us a time period of 24-48 hours in case of heavy traffic.
Reverse pick-up
Once the product is approved for return, we will arrange for a pickup free of charge.
Once we receive your returned item(s), it is the discretion of our QC Team whether the product is approved for refund.
1. We’ll inspect them to ensure they are in new, unused condition.
2. If they pass inspection, we’ll process your refund within 2 business days.
3. If it passes the said check we will replace the same product witha new one. In case the product goes out of stock we will refund the amount via Store Credit. The Store Credit is valid for 6 Months from date of issuance.
4. The exchange process time will equal the build time of the new item.
*We are not responsible for any damaged packages or packages lost in transit. We are not liable for any returns that we were not notified of.
Items Not Eligible for Return:
Used, damaged, or altered items.
Personalized or customized items.
Package lost in shipment
Package refused by recipient
Incorrect delivery address.
If the jewellery is not faulty or damaged in any way.
Minor variations in colour & design of the jewellery
After more than 3 failed delivery attempts by our courier agent.
Products without original tags
→ Sale items or items purchased using a credit note, gift coupon or offer. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
→ Product exchanges based on length are not feasible.
Cancellation Policy
Order Cancellation:
→ You can cancel your order, If the order or the items that you want to cancel have not been shipped yet, you can write to our customer support team on support@zaavi.co.in / call us on our Helpline No: +91 8800738696 ( Mon-Sat 10 AM-6:00PM IST ).
→ Once the order has been shipped, there can be no cancellations.
Refund for Canceled Orders:
We’ll process your refund within 2 business days of order
cancellation.
All credits will go back to your original payment method.
*We reserve the right to cancel any order placed, within 24 hours, in case of no stock. You will receive a notification regarding the same via email.
Refund Policy
1 Eligibility:
Refunds are applicable for canceled orders or returned items in the
following scenarios:
→ Order was damaged in transit.
→ Manufacturing defects
→ Shipment of an incorrect item by ZAAVI.
If the above exists then you may return the order exactly as you received it, new, unworn, with original tags and packaging.
2 Refund Process:
Once your return is approved, we’ll process the refund within 2 business days. Once we receive the product back, we will perform a quality check, and if it passes the said check we will replace the same product with a new one. In case the product goes out of stock we will refund the amount via Store Credit. The Store Credit is valid for 6 Months from date of issuance.
You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. We do not offer cash or credit card refunds. All returns will be in the form of a credit note which is valid for 6 months
DAMAGES & ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. In this case, we will have the product collected. Please send us a photo of the damaged item within 24 hours of delivery and write to us at support@zaavi.co.in.
Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged. Items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. If you would like to exchange a faulty item instead of obtaining store credit only, please be aware that we can only replace it for the same product, subject to availability.
COLOURS
In shooting our product we take the utmost care to accurately represent the colours, styling and details of our jewellery. However, we understand that there may be minor differences within computers in how jewellery is presented. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear on ZAAVI website. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color will be completely accurate.
NON- RETURNABLE ITEMS
We do not accept returns for sale items or items purchased using a credit note, gift coupon or offer. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Customised products cannot be exchanged or returned.
