| → | Once your return is approved, we’ll process the refund within 2 business days. Once we receive the product back, we will perform a quality check, and if it passes the said check we will replace the same product with a new one. In case the product goes out of stock we will refund the amount via Store Credit. The Store Credit is valid for 6 Months from date of issuance. | ||||||||
| → | You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. We do not offer cash or credit card refunds. All returns will be in the form of a credit note which is valid for 6 months | ||||||||

| → | Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged. Items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.
