| → | Once your return is approved, we’ll process the refund within 2 business days. Once we receive the product back, we will perform a quality check, and if it passes the said check we will replace the same product with a new one. In case the product goes out of stock we will refund the amount via Store Credit. The Store Credit is valid for 6 Months from date of issuance. | ||||||||
| → | You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. We do not offer cash or credit card refunds. All returns will be in the form of a credit note which is valid for 6 months | ||||||||

| → | Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. In this case, we will have the product collected. Please send us a photo of the damaged item within 24 hours of delivery and write to us at support@zaavi.co.in. | ||||||||
| → | Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged. Items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. If you would like to exchange a faulty item instead of obtaining store credit only, please be aware that we can only replace it for the same product, subject to availability. | ||||||||
