1 Domestic Shipping

→ Shipping is free for orders pan India.

→ Orders cannot be shipped to PO boxes or military addresses; rural domestic addresses require one or more additional days to deliver. Orders requiring any customization will require additional time and will be delivered in 14-20 working days. → We endeavor to ship your order within 3-10 working days from the date of receipt of order. Estimated delivery date will be provided but the date is not supposed to be considered final, that’s just an approximate date of delivery. You will be notified when your order is out for delivery in your local area. Please make sure that the shipping address is correct as we're unable to redirect orders once they are on their way to you.

→ We use Shiprocket as courier partner for all domestic orders. To ensure that your order reaches you quickly and in good condition, we only ship through reputed courier agencies. We have tied up with Shiprocket for local shipments and Aramex for our international

→ Orders from all over India are processed within 24 hours. For orders within Delhi NCR, we deliver in 3 working days and rest of India we deliver in 5-7 working days.

→ You will be notified when your order is out for delivery in your local area.

→ In unusual cases, there may be delays on account of unexpected conditions. We are not responsible for delays caused due to public holidays, natural calamities, strikes , courier company delay time & other unavoidable circumstances. Zaavi shall not be liable for delays by the shipment partners, however, we will help you track the product and make sure that it reaches you safely. Please note the delivery can take longer during our sale periods. If you think that your package was tampered with or is damaged in any way, please refuse to take the delivery of the package and call us on 8800738696 or email us at support@zaavi.co.in, mentioning your order number. We shall look into it and dispatch a replacement delivery as soon as possible.

2 International Shipping

→ Shipping Charges will be charged after checkout as per weight of the order.

→ Any Custom Charges to be paid by customer.

→ We use DHL and Aramex courier service for shipping.

→ Delivery Time 7-12 working days.

→ For International Delivery, an additional Rs. 2500 will be charged at checkout. Duties and taxes will be applicable as indicated by your Nation-state's guidelines and will be borne by the client. On the off chance that you have any inquiries correlated with custom charges, kindly contact your local customs office. We are unable to guide you for the same as custom charges vary from Country to Country.

→ Any kind of custom charges are to be borne by the recipient and we are not responsible for any kind of government charges or duties if applicable in your country upon delivery.

→ VAT, GST or any other country duties/taxes/fees are not pre-paid for international orders or included in the shipping cost calculated at checkout and may be levied upon delivery. These additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient. We have no control over these charges, nor can we predict what they may be.

→ These timelines for international shipments are estimates and are not guaranteed. If your country charges import fees, it may take longer to receive your package. We strongly recommend international customers to include their phone number at the end of their shipping address.

→ Commercial invoices will be marked as "Merchandise" and the value of the shipment will be marked as equal to the order amount. Shipments cannot be marked as gifts or marked at a price lower than the amount paid.

→ All International Orders are non-refundable / non-exchangeable.

3 For Customized Orders - Within & Outside India.

→ Shipping & Dispatch may take take longer depending on the customization.

→ Customized orders are not eligible for Exchange/Returns.

• Keep your Zaavi Jewellery in the packaging provided or clean, dry and airtight bag when you are not wearing.
• Protect your Jewellery from sharp blows, scratches, humidity, moisture  and extreme temperatures.
• Avoid contact with perfumes, sprays, chemicals, soap and water.
• When dressing,  apply perfume/ makeup before wearing your Zaavi Jewellery.  
• Make sure your Jewellery is not in regular contact with hard surfaces, therefore, protecting them from scratches.
• Never use detergent, soap or toothpaste to  clean your jewellery. You can use a soft lint-free cloth or muslin cloth to gently wipe your jewellery after each use.
• Treat your Jewellery delicately. They need love and care!
• Flaunt your Zaavi Jewellery like a star, shining brightly wherever you go.
