Refunds are applicable for canceled orders or returned items in the following scenarios: |

Shipment of an incorrect item by ZAAVI. |

If the above exists then you may return the order exactly as you received it, new, unworn, with original tags and packaging. |

Refund Process: |

Once your return is approved, we’ll process the refund within 2 business days. Once we receive the product back, we will perform a quality check, and if it passes the said check we will replace the same product with a new one. In case the product goes out of stock we will refund the amount via Store Credit. The Store Credit is valid for 6 Months from date of issuance. |

You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. We do not offer cash or credit card refunds. All returns will be in the form of a credit note which is valid for 6 months |

DAMAGES & ISSUES |

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. In this case, we will have the product collected. Please send us a photo of the damaged item within 24 hours of delivery and write to us at support@zaavi.co.in. |

Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged. Items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. If you would like to exchange a faulty item instead of obtaining store credit only, please be aware that we can only replace it for the same product, subject to availability. |

COLOURS |

In shooting our product we take the utmost care to accurately represent the colours, styling and details of our jewellery. However, we understand that there may be minor differences within computers in how jewellery is presented. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear on ZAAVI website. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color will be completely accurate. |

NON- RETURNABLE ITEMS |

We do not accept returns for sale items or items purchased using a credit note, gift coupon or offer. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Customised products cannot be exchanged or returned. |
